Ingredients1/2 cup oil

2 cups barley or oat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

ProceduresMix oil and sugar, add applesauce, mix in dry ingredients. Pour
into a greased and floured 8" pan Bake at 350 40 to 50 min.
