Ingredients 1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. food color
1/2 c. salt

1 tsp. food color
Procedures Combine flour, salt and cream of tartar. Mix liquid and gradually stir them into dry ingredients. When smooth, cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until ball forms. Remove from heat. Knead until smooth.
